We are hosting our second Cyber Surveillance Conference Friday, May 9th, at the Mayer Theater on the Santa Clara University campus. The event will wrap with a presentation by David Brin. David Brin is a bestselling and multiple award winning Science Fiction author, physicist and futurist who writes and speaks frequently on the topic. He wrote an influential non-fiction book on the topic, The Transparent Society, which won the Freedom of Speech Award of the American Library Association and the McGannon Communication Award. He has also appeared in a number of documentaries on The Science Channel.
